​How Do I Place An Order?​

Choose the selections on the item(s) you wish to order, place them in your cart and continue to our secure checkout page. If you have any questions about an item, the material, any of our shirts, or would like any custom orders, please feel free to reach out to us via an email and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.  



 

Payment & Shipping

Once payment is received your shirt will go into production. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Turnaround time on orders is 7-10 business days, but we ALWAYS strive to get them out faster. Special order items and some ANSI Class 2 and 3 turnaround time is 10-14 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. If your order is placed after 5pm EST, it will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number for your order when it ships. Orders will always be shipped with insurance and tracking. We offer free shipping to the continental United States. Please contact us for shipping quotes to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and any international shipping.

Returns & Refunds

We know how hard you work for your money so we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied please contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can provide a solution. 

If there is a quality issue or your item is damaged please let us know immediately so that we can investigate and provide a solution for you. For the fastest resolution of damaged goods please email us and provide photographs to demonstrate the issue and/or quality of the print. The optimal pictures are taken on a flat, well lit surface with the issue in plain view. These photographs will help us find a solution for you as well as eliminate the issue in future products.

Due to the nature of their use, face masks and gaiter sales are final and cannot be returned. If there is a quality issue please reach out to us and we will do our best to provide a solution.

 

Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days of providing a solution. Refund times may vary based on hold times with your bank. If you aren't sure about the hold times, please contact your bank. Refunds cannot be processed to a PrePaid card. If you paid with PayPal please keep in mind that PayPal may automatically transfer the refund to your banking institution from your PayPal account. 

 

Cancellations and Amendments

If your order has not been processed we can generally amend or cancel it. If you need to change anything or cancel, please email us as quickly as possible with your order number and the changes you are requesting. We will make every effort possible to make the changes for you.
